Shipping policy

For downloadable products:

  • Once your purchase is complete you will be sent a link, usually via email, to download your product files. This link should be sent immediately.
  • Files are best downloaded onto a computer, laptop or similar device. Files can also be downloaded onto mobiles devices such as phones and tablets, however as these differ greatly between manufacturers, operating systems etc we cannot offer full technical support on these.
  • Your files can be downloaded three times. Once this limit is reached your download link will become inactive. Please contact us if you have any issues.

For physical products (such as poster packs):

  • Delivery is free for all orders within the UK.
  • We use Royal Mail 1st Class postage (1-2 days).
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 days.
  • We never use any plastic and always use fully sustainable packaging.
