How can I download documents?
Once you've completed your purchase you will be sent a link via the email you provided to download your files.
Just click on the link, preferably on a computer rather than a mobile device, and it will take you directly to your documents.
How long will it take to receive my document link?
Once you've completed your purchase you will be sent a link via email to download your files. This is usually within an hour.
If it's been significantly longer than this please get in touch.
I haven't received my link?
If you haven't received your link within 24hrs please try the following before getting in contact:
- Refresh your email account, it may just have arrived.
- Check your junkmail. The link shouldn't go into junk, but it can happen, so best to check.
- Make sure the email details you entered are correct. Did you receive a confirmation email?

How many times can I download my documents?
You can download your documents up the three times. If you need to download your documents again and you've reached your download limit please get in touch.
How can I edit the documents?
By hand:
Simply open the document through your web browser, or other print software, and navigate to print. The document can be printed in black & white if needed. Grab a pen...
On a computer:
We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader, the free, user friendly app from Adobe.
Don't worry, you won't need to learn any new software skills. In this simple app you can open your document, make edits, save changes and print.

On a mobile device:
Although our documents can be downloaded to and edited on mobile devices, for the best user experience and full functionality we recommend using a computer, laptop or similar.
How do I open a .zip file?
If your purchase contains a file that ends in .zip all you need to do is double click the file and it will open up to reveal your documents. On some computers, mainly PCs, you may need to right click on the .zip file and select ‘extract’ to get to your files.
If you’re interested, a .zip file is a common format used to compress one or more files into a single location that's easier to transfer and takes up less storage space.
How can I print my documents?
Simply open the document through your web browser, or other print software, and navigate to print. The documents are mostly A4 size and can be printed in black & white if needed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay and more.
When checking out the options available to you will be displayed.
Are there any hidden costs?
In a word, no. Just select the documents you need and purchase them. There's no subscription, no contract, easy.
Is shipping free?
Yes! For physical products that require it, such as poster packs, shipping is free.
What is your delivery policy?
For downloadable products:
- Once your purchase is complete you will be sent a link, usually via email, to download your product files. This link should be sent immediately.
- Files are best downloaded onto a computer, laptop or similar device. Files can also be downloaded onto mobiles devices such as phones and tablets, however as these differ greatly between manufacturers, operating systems etc we cannot offer full technical support on these.
- Your files can be downloaded three times. Once this limit is reached your download link will become inactive. Please contact us if you have any issues.
For physical products (such as poster packs):
- Delivery is free for all orders within the UK.
- We use Royal Mail 1st Class postage (1-2 days).
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 days.
- We never use any plastic and always use fully sustainable packaging.
Do you accept returns?
For downloadable products:
- Digital content provided by easyhealthandsafety.com is non-returnable and therefore we are not able to offer refunds.
- Digital content is also not exchangeable.
- If you do have any issues with your order, please contact us for technical assistance and we will make sure we get them sorted for you asap.
